Business Lessons from March Madness and Beyond

With March Madness reaching its apex, it is time to reflect back on the games that inspired and energized our offices. While our employees bonded over brackets, results, and favorites, leaders should think about how sports become a metaphor for business. As a former college basketball coach myself, much of how I lead today results from the same values and approaches to encouraging teamwork and collaboration developed when I coached.
